According to customs statistics, from January to June, China's total import and export value reached us $1703.67 billion, up 25.8% over the same period last year (the same as below).Exports totaled us $874.3 billion, up 24%.Imports reached us $829.37 billion, up 27.6%.The cumulative surplus was 44.93 billion US dollars, down 18.2%. 

Customs statistics show that in June this year, China's total import and export value was 301.69 billion US dollars, up 18.5%.Among them, exports reached us $161.98 billion, up 17.9%. The monthly export volume set a new record of US $157.16 billion just last month.Imports reached US $139.71 billion, up 19.3%.

In the first half of this year, China's general trade imports and exports totaled us $895.29 billion, up 31.7 percent.Exports totaled us $418.65 billion, up 30.4%.The import reached US $476.64 billion, up 33% and 5.4 percentage points higher than the national import growth in the same period.The trade deficit under general trade amounted to us $57.99 billion, an increase of 55.4%.In the same period, the import and export of China's processing trade reached us $616.64 billion, up 16.9%.Exports totaled US $390.45 billion, up 17.5%.Imports reached US $226.19 billion, up 15.9%.The trade surplus under processing trade amounted to us $164.26 billion, an increase of 19.8%.

In terms of bilateral trade with China's major trading partners, in the first half of this year, China's bilateral trade with the EU totaled us $265.89 billion, up 21.3 percent.During the same period, the total value of bilateral trade between China and the United States was 206.44 billion US dollars, up 20.1 percent.In the first half of this year, China's bilateral trade with ASEAN totaled us $171.12 billion, up 25.4%.The total value of bilateral trade between China and Japan in the first half of the year was 162.35 billion US dollars, up 19%.
